Stuffed Baked Apple

Ingredients

• 6 large apples
• 1 cup Yogabar Rolled Oats
• ½ cup pecans/ walnuts chopped
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• ½ cup water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Core apples. Slice the tops of the apples flat and remove the stem with a sharp knife. Cut about 1/2 the way down to remove the seeds from the center. Grease an oven safe baking dish with cooking spray and place the apples in the dish. In a bowl combine oats, pecans and spices. Add in olive oil + honey. Stir to combine. Divide oat mixture evenly among the center of the apples, pressing the filling in towards the center of the apples. Pour water into the bottom of the baking dish. Cover apples with foil and bake for about 30 minutes, making sure to baste the apples with water every 5-10 minutes. Uncover the apples for the last 5 minutes. The apples should be fork tender when cooked. Serve fresh for a delicious treat!

Peanut Butter Banana Popsicle

Woo hoo🙌🏼Here’s what you’ll need:1 frozen banana1 ripe banana1 cup coconut cream2 tablespoon Yogabar Creamy Peanut Butter1 teaspoon vanilla2 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or honey)¼ cup chopped peanutsGet your blender whirling and add the bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut cream to it. Pour this mixture into your popsicle molds, place the candy stick and freeze it for at least 5 hours. When it’s ready run the molds under warm water and remove the popsicles carefully. You can garnish the popsicles with some peanut butter and crunchy peanuts if you like. Serve it immediately or put it back in the freezer🧑🏻‍🍳

Butter Apple Sandwich

Whip this gluten-free and vegan apple & peanut butter sandwich in under 5 minutes! A healthy snack alternative the whole family will love🥰👩🏻‍🍳Here’s what you’ll need:- Green Apples🍏- Yogabar 100% Peanut Butter Creamy- Fresh berries of your choice (we’ve used blueberries🫐)Start by using an apple corer to separate the core from the apples. Lay the apple horizontally so the side with the skin is facing up toward you. Cut in ¼" slices so you get a circular apple slice with a hole in the middle. These will be your apple sandwich slices. One apple provides approximately 5-6 slices.Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on one apple slice, add some berries and top with another slice to make a sandwich. Serve immediately and enjoy a healthy and fun snack✨🤌🏼

Granola Fruit Tarts

Do you love having Granola, Yogurt and Fruits for breakfast? ✨🍓Well, we have a little something for you that you’ll love even more🥰Here’s what you’ll need for the fan-tart-ic recipe💁🏻‍♀️- 2 cups Yogabar Dark Chocolate Muesli- 5 tbsp coconut oil (melted)- 1/2 cup maple syrup- 1 cup fresh cream- 2 cups Greek yogurt (unsweetened)👨🏽‍🍳Method:Preheat oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 5 (4 inch) mini tart pans and set aside. In a medium sized bowl put together muesli, maple syrup and coconut oil and mix well until evenly coated. Transfer granola mixture into the tart pans pressing it down on the bottom and up the sides. Place pans onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until granola tarts are golden brown. After 10 minutes in the oven, take out tarts and use a spoon to reshape tart if necessary. Once the tarts are done, take out of the oven and place onto a cooling rack. They will harden after 5-10 minutes. Gently remove tarts from tart tins.To prepare the filling, mix the Greek yogurt and fresh cream. Fill tarts with yogurt filling, garnish with fresh fruit and serve immediately😋🫐🍒

Nut Butter Chickpeas

This savoury delight is quick and so tingly on your taste buds😋Here’s what you’ll need:800gms rinsed and drained chickpea2 heaped tbsp Yogabar 100% Peanut Butter4 finely chopped garlic cloves2 tbsp soy sauce1 whole lemon juice1 tbsp sesame oil½ cup water1 tsp chilli powderHeat up the oil in a frying pan and gently saute the chopped garlic on medium to low heat for a hot minute. Add your chickpea to the mix and cook for another minute. Now you can the rest of the wet ingredients in the order - peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, chilli powder and water. Let them cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.Voila! Serve hot with a side of steamed rice, quinoa, or enjoy as is!
